I recently purchased a 3-pack of the Light It! Stick-On Lights (#30093-308). Great lights that come in handy wherever a little light is needed without having to use electricity. The lights are 100 lumen and surprisingly bright, which is nice. On the packaging it states "Batteries Not Included." Similar lights fom competing businesses also state the same message, so I don't know why anyone needs to spaz out about batteries not being included with the lights. Usually these lights can be found on the store shelves where battieries are also on display, so it's relatively easy to buy a set of batteries while buying a set of these lights at the same time. Didn't have any issues or cause self-inflicted grevious bodily harm while opening the packaging to remove and install/use the lights - all of my appendages are intact and without lacerations. I'll be checking out all of the lighting products this company has to offer!

Questions & Answers

Just bought the Light It! LED porch light with motion sensor. Placed the batteries in unit and the light will go off after a few seconds and then come on and will not go off in the daylight. What is my problem?

Sounds defective, but try new fresh strong batteries, if yours could be weak. Units are very sensitive for using strong batteries.

I purchased 3 of the Wireless 12 LED from Orchards - which is now out of business. One of the lights of the lights does not have the 'back plate' which attaches to a solid surface. Where could I get one of these?

Depends a lot on what style you have. Some are attached to wall by double faced tape, others with screws through a provided mounting plate. The later, trying turning the main body counterclockwise, detaching the body from this mounting plate. Some models have the mounting screws (maybe hidden) under the batteries, which are under the lens. Hard to answer with lack of information as what style you have, so possibly start by turning counter clockwise about a 1/4 turn, or removing lens, or batteries and investigate.

After six months of not using them, Remote and lights not working..... how can I solve this problem. Lights are less than a year old. Thanks Chris

Start with checking that the batteries are not weak. Check on/off switch if your unit has one.
