I have been a member of Eola hills for probably 15 years or more. I've supported them during hard times and furing good. Supported them during the pandemic. I've always purchased well over the amount ever required for a member to purchase. The last visit there was so incredibly disappointing. I even called the sales manager while I was there. I have called 2 more times and emailed twice. I was so disappointed and so upset. And because of this I've been trying to cancel my membership. Well, they are not returning my calls and they are not returning my emails. Don't know if my membership is still active or not. Nobody addressed my concerns about what happened on Sunday. Breaks my heart sure did love that wine and previously the staff. And zero, absolutely zero communication back to me. Wow

Enjoyed their new Wedding Block Pinot Noir Reserve! Light bodied, tannins, fruit, smoky, forest floor, very smooth. Great staff! Join a wine club and get perks & a discount. Somehow they make each visit better than the last.
