You can find great bargains on almost anything but not always. Price check with other retailers as they do not always have the best prices. They're food selection is also pretty scarce lately... Otherwise, store is clean, organized and well stocked. Employees are courteous and friendly. Been a shopper here for close to 10 years so it's been good to me... Lots of Spring time goodies for curb appeal.

I used to live in Plantation so I have visited this Big Lots often. Now I moved far East, near the beach but I was in this area today. Great customer service from Martinez (That's what it looked like on her name badge). She was engaging, smiling and telling me about the Big Lots rewards. Not pushy and no pressure. This was the third time in a short while I had been to this Big Lots and received great customer service. Previous it had been with Dorthea (I am sorry if I got your name wrong). She too was nice, friendly and engaging and having a pleasant conversation with me while she was ringing me out. As I was leaving tonight, the lady collecting carts (long braids and glasses) also make a friendly quip and that made this complete experience a 5 star one! I was delighted to see that some businesses still recognize that having associates being friendly works in their favor!! There was another associate whose name I do not recall who had put aside some items I called about before I ventured over that area. Although I live nowhere near this area anymore, I will continue to give them my business when I need to go to Big Lots even though there is one nearer to me but I prefer this one. Thank you Plantation Big Lots for your associates and their excellent customer service!!!

Very nice Big Lots. Used the call ahead - pick up service for the first time. Everything we ordered was waiting at the cash wrap and all we had to do was show the pick up email. The cashier was very nice and friendly. Even got 15% off coupon for ordering ahead online. :)

I recently depleted $one thousand and five dollars$ on this mattress and boxspring at Biglots. I seriously regret it, smh. My experience with biglots has been awful. Delivery was terrible, explaining my situation to the store manager, oh goodness 😳 horrible, and at the end of it all, it doesn't even feel like the mattress that I choose in the store, and I will be returning. I would never tell one of my Broward Health co-workers to purchase a bed from biglots lol 😆 smh! Too bad 👎 u must give a star, cause I sure didn't wanna give any stars 🤷🏾‍♀️ Overall, Jonathan who is an employee of Biglots, great worker!
