I came in on a Saturday the very moment they opened. I completely forgot to put on a mask because my mind was on other things at that moment. The employee kindly asked me if I had a mask to put on and i immediately found my mask and apologized for not having one on from the beginning. I appreciated her patience with me. I honestly had so many things going on in my head that I completely forgot about a mask. I appreciate her calm manner in asking me for a mask Instead of getting angry or irritated like I’ve seen other people do. Thank you for being understanding.

Very unpleasenty suprised at the experience we just had at the Andresen store today. Apx a year ago we purchased 55 gallons of their best paint, both interior and exterior. At the time of purchase we informed them that we would be doing our project over the next coupel of years and we not sure of all the color pallets we wanted at the time. the sales person at the store advised us that when we decided on the colors we wanted to bring the 5 gallon buckets back to the store and they would break the buckets down into one gallons (if needed) and infuse the colors at that time. When we arrived today they sold us some 1 gallon buckets told us to take them home and pour the paint into them and come back and they would color them. After spending over $4000.00 in paint with them I was shocked at the response we received.

When a quality paint story is open on Sunday and they give you good service that is always appreciated in my books.

They have good products and their staff is friendly and professional. Then why the low rating? I was trying to match some paint but did not have a sample for testing. So I got every shade of gray that they had and went home to compare them against my wall color. I selected the closest match and had them mix up a quart. When I tried it on the wall it was too light. So I went back to the store and asked them for a small amount of pigment so I could mix it myself at home. They told me they couldn't give me any but they would try again to mix it at the store. I said, "So you want me to let you add 3 drops of pigment, drive 2 miles back to my house, find its still too light, drive back and have you put 3 more drops in. Drive back to my house to find its too light again. Drive back and have you put 3 more drops. Ad infinitum. Then find that its now too dark and I have to buy another quart and start all over. All because you can't give me a little bit to mix myself at home?" Fortunately, another customer in the store (who was only there because his customer wanted SW) said, "Go over to Miller. They'll give you some!" So I did. And they did. Even though I had purchased a competitors product. So why the F*** would I ever do business with SW again? From now on I'm going to Miller! I've purchased over $1,000 worth of paint from SW. But I will never buy another drop from them.
