The staff is friendly but you can wait a long time for service. I dread having to pickup paint from here especially if I'm in a hurry. There's almost always a line and usually only one or two workers in the store at once. They'd benefit from adding an employee or two during peak hours.

If you frequent Sherwin Williams don't go to the Salmon Creek store. I am traumatized! I spent 2 days sanding and painting my kitchen cabinets only to find out that the girl that helped me sold me wall paint instead of kitchen cabinet paint. I read her the paint I wanted off of a note card and told her that I had researched that this was the best paint for old kitchen cabinets. I trusted that she gave me the correct paint; that's their job. After painting the body of my extensive cabinet work I went to a different Sherwin Willimas to rent a sprayer to do the cabinet doors and they discovered the mistake. I was wondering why the paint surface didn't come out like it was suppose to. Now I know. I went back to the 139th street store and told them what happened. They gave me a free gallon of paint. Big woop! Now I have to go back and sand and paint everything again. Mistakes happen, I understand that but this was huge. In addition to the wrong paint they sold me the wrong primer ( same day) but I discovered that mistake before I painted with it. I go to Sherwin Williams and pay more for paint because I want quality paint but along with that I expect to get quality customer service not a traumatizing experience.

Unless you have an account with them, go to Home Depot save some money and you won’t be disappointed. Bought there high end pro classic paint and compared it to Home Depot’s brand and honestly should have saved the $20 per gallon. The paint and primer mix does great at covering up flaws and if you really got messed up walls go through with Killz primer first than one coat of paint and your set. Painted my house in 3 days with Home Depot paint with one good coat and I know it looks good cause it had the primer in the paint. Professional painters will tell you otherwise but from my experiences I don’t see much difference.

Hi Erin, as long as you are in before close we will be able to service you. It usually takes about 5 minutes per can. It all depends on the amount you order.
YES! BrushBaggy will be available at this Sherwin-Williams location in the next couple weeks!
