The knowledge level of the associates working here has always been higher than box store and the paint noticably higher quality. Recent changes in personnel make this one of best Sherman Williams stores I have shopped. If you want to avoid rookie mistakes, talk your paint projects over with them first.

I am new to renting a house and tried to make some places missed on a bedroom wall look better. Sadly, I made a mess and did not have the color I needed to correct what I had done. When I reached out to professional painters...they quoted me over $300. I called the store and got Marcus who told me what to do so he could match the color. I was skeptical but I did exactly what he told me to do. When I got to the store, he took my little patch of the color and it took him a little while but he did it. I put it on my wall as soon as I got home and it is a perfect match. Marcus, you have fantastic customer service and I want you to know how happy you have made me tonite...thank you sir😃

Customer service is amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I've purchased in the past and on one rare occasion they didn't have what I needed. They called other stores and offered to have it brought to their store for me. When I realized I'd be near a completely different store later that day they called an additional store to verify they had what I needed. I was able to swing by and pick it up. It was ready and waiting for me. Quick, easy and efficient!
