I will never rent from the company again. Went to rent a vehicle a couple hours after returning a rental. Saw damage to vehicle, was informed by employee that it was documented and safe to drive. Had to take the guys word for it seems there was only the signature portion on the ipad. After my rental agreement, the rental was returned to a different facility. To then a call made to me by the original facility claiming I was lieing about the documented damage that I was then accused of doing.The associate was beyond rude.I was accused of duck taping some guard... the car is so low to the ground i would of needed to make a lift magically appear to even get underneath.The manager I was told was out on lunch. Called a different branch due to the lack of customer service and help in what to do with accusation.Come to find out the employee that supposedly said it was documented no longer worked there along with a manager.I disputed it, to then never hearing from the company at all. To then having to reach out 3 weeks later to find out that I was found not guilty of the damage.I never recieved an apology, but simply a fear of renting another vehicle. The whole situation by the company as a whole could of been handled more adequately.

My insurance made a reservation for me, I got an email with a link to "Activate priority pass" which I did, got another email confirming my reservation and pick up time, showed up at said time and was told no car was available for me. I was then told if I come back in an hour, there should be something available. Came back an hour later, NO CAR AVAILABLE!! Why make people believe you offer easy convenient service when it's a lie and you have no cars available!! If you had been honest, at least I could have checked with other branches but because you lied, you've lost my business!

Rented a car online, showed up to pick it up, and it was ready. The whole process was seamless and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Car I got was great and I had no issues
