The dash AC in our diesel pusher motorhome quit a few days before a big trip to hot country. Morgan was able to come and remedy the problem with a smile and great attitude. It blows colder than it ever did before! Meanwhile I remembered a crankcase filter that was due for replacement and Morgan was able to add that service as well. A tough job, the filter access requires removing a hatch on the bedroom floor for access. I'll be calling McFarland's again when I need service.

I called to get a quote and Jimmy got got set up for next day service for our f150 that sounded terrible and needed new spark plugs and wires.. They called and said they had an opening and could actually come out today (rather than next day) Brett (the mechanic they sent) called us and said he could be there even earlier then scheduledor we could keep our scheduled time. He showed up, was friendly, professional, honest and informative about our vehicle in general and offered valuable advice. He did a great job! Awesome guys, great service, and at a very reasonable price. My husband was even impressed and glad I called(rather than wait on him to get around to it lol) Most quoted us insane prices and would have had us waiting no less than 4 days. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family! I was very impressed definitely saving their number and look forward to doing business again :)

Thanks macfarlands mobile. Chad and Your group kept me informed as to arrival, all expectations where meet. 25yr Vehicle was in question for repair or donations. You helped make the right choice. I can now donate the Vehicle to cars for vets and leave a note as too what we have found that needs repairs. Thanks again

I had called and ask McFarlands to come to my location and replace the compressor and condenser on my motorhome A/C system. The came and did that, but claimed they didn’t have the correct size serpentine belt to put back on with the new compressor, and the mechanic left to go get the correct belt. We called a few weeks later, and they apologized and scheduled another call to replace the serpentine belt on the motorhome engine, which should have been done as part of the original repair. We have repeated that call to have the serpentine belt replaced three more times over the last two months, and I am frustrated beyond believe at ever using this company, as they are not reputable and don’t finish their work. I cannot recommend them at all, as I have to now hire someone else to finish the job they started, and my motorhome isn’t drivable because it doesn’t have the serpentine belt that runs everything on the engine (fan, alternator, etc) where it was working just fine before they started except the A/C compressor had froze up and needed to be replaced. They got my money and I got screwed…

Hi Sam! I am sorry that you feel like you are not being provided with enough information. Per our conversation earlier the fuel flush appointment has transitioned to include additional services. With the fuel tank being unfit for use in its current state due to the heavy amount of rust that was not only removed with the fuel, but the amount covering the entire inside of the tank as well, the fuel flush appointment has progressed to sourcing a new fuel tank to install or, if possible, getting a rust removal service done to the current tank like you requested. Sometimes sourcing parts for 40 year old cars can take a little bit more time so I was not able to find one immediately today but I will update you with costs for your options in the morning like I mentioned to you before. If at any time you would prefer we bring it back to you with the old tank as is, or you have any questions or concerns, just give me a call at the shop and I can help you out. Thanks, Bailey 971.241.7057
