WOW!!!! Where do I start!!! I would like to start by Thanking Bryce and David in Sales and Mel in the Internet sales dept. They did a Great job at making sure they where able to give us as much as possible for the trade in! The fact that they had a vehicle available is still beyond us. It did take a couple extras days to seal the deal on our part due to outside financing , yet Bryce was kind enough to politely check in daily to make sure we didn't need anything else on our end. The fact that he took the car off the front line after we had agreed to purchase also meant a lot to us. Bryce did a great job at listening to our needs and never tried selling something we did not want nor need. We look forward to doing more business again with Grappone!!! This is our 2nd purchase form them and our last 2 vehicles we purchased elsewhere ( that was another mistake on our part) The current situation of new car sales is unexplainable.... Yet Grappone stepped up and sold us another Great 4runner!!! Thanks again for a quick painless car purchase!!!

This week I took my car to the Toyota Service department at Grappone for it's yearly inspection, oil change and general look over. After being told it may take 1.5 hours to complete, I was completely surprised to be called my car was ready only after 35 minutes in the waiting room. I love taking my car to this service center! They are completely trustworthy and I have never felt over charged. what a pleasant pace to service my car.
