100% positive experience. The dealership was clean, open and welcoming. The salespeople all greeted us warmly. I felt like they genuinely cared that I get the car right for me. Our salesperson, John Fay was amazing and he made me feel safe. Something I worried about as a woman looking for a car. John made the whole deal as transparent as possible. I have so much praise for him, he conveyed that caring experience that I love. The dealership did not charge a market adjustment for the car. It was a straight up price. Shop here if you don’t want to pay a market adjustment (extra couple of thousand dollars simply because inventory cannot be replaced quickly.) Everyone there had experience with the FordPass app, they wanted to make sure the car was linked to our account before we left so they could show us how to use it. The “Grappone difference” is 100% positive and true. We will certainly do all our and family’s future Ford business with this dealership and this salesperson.

Was in discussion about various lease end options and due to the current market conditions it made 100% sense to buy out my lease. My product specialist Kurt Swett was honest with my options and facilitated an appointment for the lease end inspection and sales paperwork. The process was completed in a timely manner, inspection, financing, and sales paperwork. Thank you Kurt .

They are so bad they are refusing to refund a $140 diagnostic fee they charged us after avoiding to do the repairs. Grappone Ford (GF) likes to charge diagnostic fees all day everyday without doing the needed work. I’m convinced because it’s happened several times to my spouse Barrett Demers and myself, an authorized driver. People think if a car is under warranty and you pay the deductible it’s profit for them to fix it… right? I don’t think so. Instead it appears to be more profitable for this outlet to charge the diagnostic fee and send you on your way, all day, every day… $100s We took our car in and asked them to replace an engine mount. The one that had 86,000 hard miles and you could see where it had cracked and was spitting oil on the engine… instead of fixing my mount they claimed it was ok and that the problem was my dashboard. They strategically wrote dashboard on the receipt with no mention of the request for an engine mount (so they can claim ignorance to the fact). Why? I don’t know. Quick easy money I guess. $100-$140 a pop. We took our car north to Irwin (Ford) Automotive who looked at it and said instantly the mount was bad. They ordered the part and fixed it. Why after they charged us $140 for an engine mount diagnostic would they claim ignorance about a cars vibration? Because they are not operating fairly and have violated my consumer rights. They will violate yours as well. With the type of culture, attitude and way of operating their day to day business they deserve to see me in small claims court…. And they will. I left a message with Bram Griffin over three weeks ago for a manager to call us. Nobody has. Prior to this I took the car in because my coolant kept disappearing. Instead of fixing the water pump they overfilled my coolant reservoir on two separate occasions. Why? Idk. Because they didn’t want to fix it. It was easier for them to allow me to go back to their place several times and overfill my coolant reservoir until it cracked under the pressure. They never gave me my diagnostic fee back for that either, but I did get it refunded directly from Ford. Don’t go here. Your car will hate you for it. You’ll support bad business and have to write a review like this.

Update 4/25/22: Best dealership in New England! Just bought my second vehicle from Grappone, a Ford Super Duty. Everyone I dealt with exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt I will recommend them to everyone I know. Great experience from start to finish. We felt no pressure to buy or buy right now from anyone at the dealership. Always treated with respect, our needs and wants listened to. Pricing of the vehicle was below anyone else in the state! No hidden up charges or pressure to buy extended warranties and service contracts etc. I will definitely go back to Grappone for my next vehicle purchase!
