I agreed to an oil change service for 19.99 as advertised on their billboard. When I came to checkout he tried charging me 36 dollars. I refused tp pay the extra amount. He told me very rudely to take the keys and leave. The man at the counter treated me very badly and has bad temperament and does not know how to deal with customers and solve problems.

I dropped my car off to get a new tire put on and Kevin at the front desk was very helpful, also Antwan the mechanic that put my tire was very informative and helpful as well! I recommend coming here for your car servicing needs!!!

Great tire prices! Pleasantly surprised. And unlike some of the wholesale stores that buy tires in mass quantities at the beginning of a season, NTB replenishes their tire stock weekly, ensuring that rubber is fresh, lessening tire rot. The store manager, Mr. Bittle, handled our tire purchase quickly and found a road hazard discount too. While the waiting room is adequate for a vehicle service shop, we dropped off then picked up our vehicle, as there isn't much in this area or at this intersection to occupy wait time. Would recommend this store for tires.
