I needed a set of 4 tires. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance because I had very limited time, paid for the tire installation online, and confirmed the appointment the day before my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told that I had to wait at least 1 1/2 hour. I appreciate that they are busy. However, I did not appreciate not getting a phone call before I arrived since I made an appointment 2 weeks before. I would have appreciated the courtesy for them to inform me about their backlog and to ask me if I wanted to reschedule. I pass several tire competitors on my way to Discount TIres and wanted to support them because of the recommendations from others. Additionally, the manager call me one day and left a message that he would call me the next day (which never occurred). I had to call the store directly days after the botched appointment and was very dissatisfied with the conversation with him. I immediately requested a full refund and have since gotten my full set of tires installed at another business. I am thoroughly satisfied with the work done by Discount Tires' competitor.

I bought new rims and got them installed here. I took a slight glance at them before taking off their lot. Turns out all four of my rims were scratched on the lip and one has a chip in it when it was installed. I'm planning on coming back to get this fixed or replaced. I wanna give you guys a good review. Alex was a worker there I talked with on the phone to get these wheels. He was chill but the result of the wheels...these are some good wheels why'd they have to be ruined :( Edit: Lamar, the manager was understanding and we got it sorted out. I appreciate the concern you and Alberto showed when I came back to mention about the situation. I'll be back next time f or new tires!
