I will not order from here again. Bad customer service on the phone I have ever received. The man or young boy needs to learn how to answer a phone and learn to talk to customer better. I will never order from here again.

I love Pizza Hut but this last order was the worst two pizza’s I’ve had in my life. First one burnt. The second one wasn’t fully cooked and it taste like plastic or freezer burn dough. I don’t know but it was gross. I couldn’t finish a slice. Thats how bad it was.

We haven’t had Pizza Hut for the longest time and wanted to try something out of the normal routine so we placed an online order. We also wanted to try their stuffed crust and to see if the Pizza was / is as good as we remember. We also ordered some wings to go along with the pizza. We did contactless order where we parked out front of the store location and used text messaging to inform the store of our arrival. Pizza Hut has a big sign out from with all the instructions, so that made the process much easier and convenient for all parties. The food was delicious. It tasted better than we had remembered, even better than those times we used to order in Baltimore. This location received 5 stars based on the ordering process, contactless interaction with ease of communicating, and the overall quality and satisfaction of the food.
