My friend and I went here yesterday as a ending to our fun girls day out. The Indian lady was cleaning outside the entire time, the mixed girl was organizing things, neither seemed welcoming or as if they wanted us there, after 5 minutes the mixed girl then took our order, she had no emotion no expression, asked what I wanted twice after I told her, then I paid and my friend ordered. Tried to ask the girl how her day was and she responded good but wouldn’t really speak to us at all. We got our ice cream, took a few bites, looked at the other pod next to where they just made our ice cream and seen a ROACH crawling down the side through the plexiglass, I stopped eating whispered in my friends ear asking if it was for sure a roach and she too seen it, we then decided to go outside and talk, we barely touched our ice cream, because after seeing the roach we decided to just leave and go get drinks at sonic. ABSOLUTELY disgusting.

The ice cream was so good, and they made it beautiful.. for you Mr. David Watson I hope your grandkids tips jar get knocked out of the floor, because I’m sure they will be rude just like u.. get a life! Angry old man.

Really enjoyed the ice cream. Customer service sucked. The red headed girl was very rude. no greeting, no help, only an annoyed face and passive aggressive attitude. This will really ruin the business. No one wants to attend a place where they do not feel welcomed. Her attitude needs to be addressed by someone and fixed or she just shouldn’t be in the customer service industry at all.

This was out first visit and we will definitely be back. My rolled Ice cream was amazing and the girl was so focused it turned out beautiful even being full of goodness🤤 and my husbands milkshake looked like it came from Starbucks and was AMAZING ! Girls really made it great . One really ran in dropped a school bag and took care of everyone ! They were amazing so all the other comments can cut some slack.
