These apartments are great! You can’t beat the price for a two bedroom. The property manager Linda always immediately solves my issues with out hesitation. I’ve already referred this place to my friends.

It's an ok place. You can definitely hear your neighbors on all sides of you. I was on the top floor thankfully, but I could hear my downstairs neighbor playing music at all hours of the night. I could also smell when my neighbors were cooking dinner and when they burnt their dinner. My balcony overlooked the dumpster so I was never out there because it smelled like hot garbage all the time. I saw someone get arrested here, the ambulance came here several times, and occasionally there was the drunk girl in the parking lot yelling obscenities. It didn't happen all the time but it did happen. Also they had roofers come and work on the building and they threw their roofing trash, soda cans, rusty nails all over our balconies. I complained to the office and they said, yeah, they're doing roofing work, what did you expect? I ended up having to clean up my own balcony.

I have been a resident almost a year. The apartment has been just fine until my AC has been a problem for the past two months. Called the office numerous times, all polite and concise to the problem. The office insisted the issue was freezing up due to the third floor. I explained I repair and replace AC units for a living when the excuses stopped. They send maintenance to re-charge the unit only lasting 5 days in between. It has been numerous phone calls and two months mid-summer and No fix. I don't think basic living functions are priority for residents. If AC is important to you, consider my experience...

Ridgeside was my first apartment at 18. I called it home several times as I moved away and back according to my military service. I’m in my 30’s now so it’s been a minute since Ridgeside was my home. I loved it though!! The one bedroom layout was perfect for just me or a couple. The kitchen is huge compared to the galley style kitchen in most apartments. I also enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from my balcony. Summer sunsets were amazing!
