I arrived JUST after closing not realizing that they weren't open until the time we thought. The woman was just locking up as we pulled in and said "I'm sorry, but we're closed." I told her we were just picking something up and she just had a very bouncy personality and without hesitation offered to run back into the store and grab my piece of jewelry. The staff are always friendly. (I've only been in about a handful of times but have NEVER had any issues/problems/rude staff. Keep smiling everyone!!!

I have had a hard time with jewelers in the past, trying to upsell and not care whether the customer is happy. Goldworks was recommended to me by a friend. I will never purchase jewelry from anywhere else. They are the most kind people and they care about the customer. They're not worried about the sale, they want the customer to be happy and find something they will love for years to come. Everyone there is great, especially Sarah and Ashley. They helped me find my wedding band.
