I use to love Firestone but this particular location has me not wanting to come back to the company. They over charge, tell you something is wrong with your vehicle when I just bought the car, and make you wait over 2 hours for an oil change(This is not the first time this has happened to me at this Firestone). I know I have a more upscale car but I have never paid over 90 dollars for an oil change ESPECIALLY for an upscale car. The only reason why I put 3 and not 1 stars is because each time it's a different person with either a hit or miss customer service. This last time was a miss>

My wife walked into Firestone expecting JUST a serpentine belt but the service advisor Austin had his technician look at our vehicle and diagnose the issue and found out it was just the alternator had locked up, not only did Austin replace the part that we had requested but he actually went out of his way and diagnosed my family’s vehicle and found the issue he fixed our vehicle and sent us on our merry way we are so happy and thankful we met Austin at Firestone, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and put us back on track to see my family for our family Reunion

Easy online appointment scheduling. Someone contacted me quickly to finalize my appointment. The out the door price was a good deal more than price given during scheduling. A lot of hidden fees not made aware of. Time frame given for when my car would be ready was off by almost an hour. Happy with my product, just wish I would have been made aware of the hidden fees up front.

Go to an actual mechanic, not these guys. In February of this year, I scheduled an appointment and took my car (2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe) into this location for a valve cover gasket replacement, as the one that was on my car at the time was beginning to leak. About an hour after dropping the car off, I received a phone call saying that they didn't actually have the correct part to do said repair, and was asked if I would be okay with them keeping the car overnight. I declined as I needed it for school the following day. I was told I could pick my car up later that day and return later once the location had gotten the part. I agreed to this at the location. On the drive home, I noticed smoke spilling out from under my hood, and discovered that my valve cover was leaking to a much greater extent than before, and alerted Firestone to this during my next call. I called two days later to confirm they had the part and brought my car in once again. I left believing that the issue had been fixed properly. It has now been 8 months almost to the day since this, and in this period of time I have put just under 6000 miles on my car. I have just recently discovered that the valve cover has been leaking AGAIN, and from the looks of it (based on the amount of buildup of grime on other parts of the engine) not for a short amount of time. This kind of repair should last much much longer than 6000 miles or 8 months. Additionally, there is a small dollop of some sort of material at one corner of the valve cover. I fear that this might be some sort of silicone that they piped around the valve cover in an attempt to do a slap-job and get the car out of their shop. I sincerely hope I am wrong as this could spell out that they caused a much bigger problem than applying a flawed gasket. I have contacted their customer support and explained this, and am waiting to hear back. I don’t want this location to touch my car anymore than they already have. I sincerely hope that the location reaches out to me to see what needs to be done about this. Once again, do not trust this location for anything. Go to an actual trusted mechanics shop.

Limited seating in lobby, everyone is wearing a mask, and pretty good social distancing practices in lobby. As far as people working on cars I'm not sure.

You would have to call
