Purchased a set of Michelin tires from them and had a defective tire since day one. After months diagnosis and them telling me that A/T tires were just noisier than I was used to a road force balance determined the tire was completely out of round. I was told the tire would be fully covered under warranty and drove 3.5 hours (I had moved since purchase of tire) to get the tire replaced. Tire was replaced at full cost and after 3 more months of deliberation I was told that Michelin would only cover 80%. When speaking to the owner to have him make it right he embarrassed himself and the company with the worst customer facing attitude I have ever received. He told me he was washing his hands of this and that I don’t know anything about “the business”. I will never refer a soul to them and will be sure all of my contacts know of this experience. ***Edit since it will not let me reply. The person I spoke to claimed he was the owner and that he’d been selling tires for 50 years. He was the rudest most disrespectful person I’ve ever spoken to. I completely understand pro rating tires, but I first noticed the issue with this tire week 1 of owning them. How do you justify 80% after 50 miles? If you want to reach out to me and do the right thing I’m open. If not I am going to continue to tell every person I know how completely terribly I was treated by your employee who claimed he was in charge.

Mr. D. Nailer was awesome. We were there a little before 8 am on a Saturday morning with a bad tire on an inside of dual wheel MB Sprinter Van traveling back to NC. He quickly assessed the situation, found a tire, changed it and had us back on our way in less than an hour. We thank you for the excellent care given to us!!

I noticed that the treadwear markers were even with the Tread on my 2016 Rouge OEM tires. I called Stratham Tire and spoke to Eric. I gave him my OEM tire info over phone. He gave me several options. I went with Uniroyal Tiger Paws because it’s an affordable quality tire. He had them in stock. I called at 11Am brought the car at 2PM and got it back with the four new tires, high speed balanced, and ready to go by 4PM. Got a very good price and free life time tire rotation. No stress, no hassle. I highly would recommend Stratham Tire.
