I have lived here a short time but I am completely in love with this park. It's quiet, safe, and clean. Neighbors are nosey anywhere you go but here we look out for each other. Our family feels lucky to be a part of a community like this.

Stayed here for a while, it's okay. Neighbors can be pretty nosy and most of the demographic is really old. Landlord lets people park on the sides of the road yet it's not okay to be a little on the grass or you get yelled at.

No you can't
You have to be approved by the park owners but they do allow 1 dog (some have more though).
The owners of the park don't really like to have homes rented but there's no real rule against it... as far as I know, no one is renting their home at the moment though. I do know that anyone has to have a background check and be approved to live in the park though.
They're usually listed through a realtor but otherwise the best way to find one is to drive through and look in the window of each mobile home. If it's for sale, there should be a sign in the window. At the moment I do know there is one single wide on Willow Circle for sale through a realtor. Try googling "Willow Circle White River Junction, VT" I hope that helps!
