I made 4 appointments for myself and three friends and spent about 15 minutes on the phone with them explaining very clearly 3 of us were pregnant and asking which services we could get. Based on the guidance of the woman answering the phone (Sheila) we booked 2 prenatal massages and 2 body scrubs. We arrived, they had not noted that any of us were pregnant, zero notes taken from the call, and unapologetically told me that general massages were booked and they had to check with the masseuse if he was willing to honor our service or "too freaked out" (exact words). We were told he was comfortable and they sent me into my service so they could effectively charge me, and then 5 minutes later told our two other friends " the masseuse is not comfortable, we won't be giving the massages." Zero apology offered, zero discount, and zero explanation of what happened on their end. This was a celebratory girls weekend for me and my friends and we were robbed of an afternoon as two of us had to sit in the parking lot waiting for the other two to get out of their appointments (mind you, I had no idea this was going on and would never have gone forward with my service had I known - they strategically made sure I was already in the room before they cancelled). Worst most disappointing, unprofessional, unrelaxing spa experience I have ever had. Zero regard for the safety of their patrons. Unhygienic facilities as well.

My wife and I were staying in Woodstock for a long weekend and called to book the Wellness Lounge on our way up. Sheila was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful while also providing a very unique experience. We had definitely never tried anything like this before, and it was such a great way to start our getaway. The various areas include a sauna, zero gravity chairs, and my favorite, a vibrating machine that feels amazing on your muscles. We will definitely be visiting again on our next trip!

We came here once after a ski trip and it was a great experience all around that we came back again on our next trip! Definitely will be coming back again and again.

The massage was absolutely amazing. The service was very nice. The masseuses were so knowledgeable and they focused on the areas where you needed the most relief. I am four month pregnant, and they prenatal massage was great. Even though it is a bit pricy, but it was worth it. We will come back.
