They tried to get me to buy a whole new oil pan for my car when going in to get mine re sealed. (I did the job myself but I messed it up) They claimed that removing the seal could damage the pan which I find outrageous because it's pretty simple to do. And mind you the pan I put on is brand new. So yeah, that on top of just general price gouge I honestly would steer clear

I unfortunately blew a tire nearby on I-95 and thankfully found and limped into this Pep Boys less than one hour before they were closing. They didn't want to leave me stranded overnight so they stayed open late and helped me get back on the road in about one hour! Strongly recommend this place for their willingness to go above and beyond expectations for service.

I was in an emergency and had to come in at the last hour and they were more than willing to take me and help me. I had been on the side of the road for 2 hours waiting for help and they were nothing but kind and reassuring to me. They went above and beyond to fix my tire and bumper. I am beyond thankful and highly recommend!!!!
