Just got my stuff stolen recently and trying to reach out to management is impossible! Makes me think they are in on it! Don't waste your time or money just to have your units broken into and have no calls returned to you or the police to help get camera footage they have! I don't know how to reply to the owners response but to clear some things up my phone was not out of service and I did not request shelves. The police as well as I have had a hard time reaching you, it always goes to voicemails. We have also reached out through email too. Thank you for refunding our payment.

Cheap rent, leaky roof, ruined most of my valuable and irreplaceable things. Mold all over my mattress and TV, would not store anything here unless you want it ruined.

Broadway Self Storage has horrible customer service. Several times, the doors came off the frame, and despite their website stating that there would be someone in the office 6 hours a day, there was not a single person there in the whole time I had my things stored there. It is impossible to get a hold of these people; after leaving, I notified them via email, and was told I would be getting my security deposit back. That was in April. It is now August and I have tried emailing them, and calling them, and have still not received my deposit back. This place is okay if you need a cheap, sketchy place to store your things, but don't look for reliability.

Very poor customer service. Left 3 emails weeks prior to vacating unit as well as 2 voice messages, and I still was charged the next months rent. I have tried calling them a dozen times over the course of my rental and not once did I reach anyone. They give an alternate number you can try after business hours, and no answer. Place is run down....glass everywhere!
