This is the biggest group of idiots I’ve ever laid my eyes on. The back line crew is great. Never had an order made wrong because of them. Frontline though, don’t even get me started. Frontline will stand there and look at you like you are speaking a completely different language than you. They don’t know what they are doing at all. They all look like they just started. They are slower than an 80 year old man. I could start 1st day and run circles around everyone on frontline. Seriously it’s sad that the frontline is so bad but the back line does so well. Especially since you never get to see the back line workers so they never get the appreciation they deserve. And the bad look people get from front line is also put on back as well. Overall frontline needs some serious work and training. Either that or you guys need new employees

This is the worst McDonald's ever, the service is really bad I went there about 7:00 in the morning to get a ice coffee. I Waited in line for 15 MINUTES, then they told me to pull up to the curbside, which I waited another 20 minutes for a coffee. I would have left but I already paid for it. 4.35 for a coffee. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. So if your reading this don't go to this McDonald's.

We went to McDonald’s Athens Tn at 2:45am starting our vacation. The young girl working the window was half a sleep, served us warm half cold coffee. We ask for a hot coffee and one iced coffee. She gave us the hot coffee which was not hot and said it would be a min on the iced coffee. She went to the back and finally came back and started making a pot of coffee. She was so slow that we ask for half and half sweet tea instead. She went and put whole sweet tea. We watched her. We ask her was it half and half and she lied and said yes. It was pure sweet tea. Then we ask did she know she was out of coffee before she went to the back and she lied again because she had just poured the hot cup we ask for which was old and not hot… we deserve our money back and she needs fired. Maybe that’s what she’s after?? Terrible service.

I ordered at the kiosk and after placing the order found out I still had to pay at the counter. Once at the counter after standing in line again, I figured that I would just have to pay for it but instead they had to re-enter my order and missed a few items that had to be filled in a second order. The food was made correctly, and the staff were doing understanding, it was just slightly annoying.
