Drive thru order. Food was good. Asked for unsweetened tea, got sweet tea. The Coke syrup mix was off, tasted a little watery. We were on the road by the time I tasted it.

Thursday, June 2 my boss and I wanted some cheeseburgers for lunch. She orders hers mayo, onions and cheese. I told her I would get the same. She goes to the drive thru in Manchester and comes back with the food. We both start eating the first one and I said "these are good, but I thought you ordered them with cheese"? She calls and explains the situation to Robert. Robert told her he would make us more the right way at no charge and bring them to us. We work very close to Krystals. She told him he didn't have to do that, but he insisted. Not even 10 minutes later Robert was walking thru the door with our right order. Told us to keep the others and enjoy. All together the food ended up feeding four people. Thanks for going above and beyond Robert!!

I away have like there food but this time the hamburgers were not hot. And I really don't like the new fries. I asked for hot fries but they were not good. They need to go back to the other kind. Hope things get better next time. 🙏

As far as fast food goes I love Krystals. Nothing beats getting a sack full with cheese after have a night out drinking or just picking something up quick for the family. Prices are reasonable for the food you get.
