Worse!!!! Try another agency! Employees are not in harmony with each other. Everyone seem to have their own recommendations when it come to you renewing your certification. They take forever to process your information but quick to take your information and payment. I called twice about the same issue. Keep in mind this was within a week apart. Spoke to Page recently she didn’t want to provide me with her manager’s information. The way that this practice is operating is a customer affairs concern.

Quick and painless.... the doctor I consulted was friendly and professional. Can't ask for more!

I was refferred to Green Health docs by a coworker in hopes of getting my medical marijuana card in Maryland. Unfortunately, GHD has pulled a classic bate and switch on me. I applied for my medical marijuana card through the Maryland mmcc portal and as I was awaiting their approval I met with a GHD practicioner. I paid the funds requested ($200) met with practicioner, provided the necessary documentation regarding my ailment and the practicioner let me know that I was a good candidate. He told me that he would recommend me for medical marijuana use and told me to call back once I received approval for mmcc. He assured me all I had to do was call back with my mmcc ID # and that they would upload my certification into the mmcc one portal system and I would be able to start purchasing products to ease my pain and discomfort. I finally got approved by mmcc and called GHD with my mmcc ID #. They let me know that my provider would upload my certification within 48 hours and I could buy product. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. After 48 hours I called back asking for an update, just to be told that my practicioner was off and he would upload my certification when he returned. It's been a week now and everytime I call, I am told that my practicioner is out of the office and I need to wait until he comes back, yet no one can tell me when he is coming back. Once I paid my $200, the service I received changed drastically and it no longer seems like anyone is willing to assist me. It's truly a shame, especailly because I am having a flare up in pain and could really use medical products to ease my pain. I'm not sure what is going on but the service I have received has been less than satisfactory. I've heard good things about GHD, but based on my experience, I would not recommend others use this service.

Hello! We are more than happy to assist you in the registration process. Please feel free to reach out to us at your earliest convenience at 240-356-1000. Thank you!
Hello! To become a legal medical marijuana patient, you need to bring us medical documentation that proves qualifying diagnosis. In Maryland, this could be prescription pill bottles, medical records, an office visit summary, hospital discharge papers, etc. The new patient fee is $200, discounted to $170 for veterans. Unfortunately, because marijuana is still illegal federally, insurance does not participate with any of the costs. Definitely give us a call or text at 240-356-1000 so we can get you scheduled and on the road to legal status!
It definitely sounds like it to me! You would need to bring proof of those diagnosis' to be certified. Call or text us at 240-356-1000 and we would be happy to help!
If you have pill bottles for qualifying conditions take them. IE chronic pain, ptsd, anxiety ...
