My favorite Starbucks in Middle Tennessee! Every time I come through here I always have the absolute best experience. All the employees are super friendly and helpful no matter how complicated your drink order is! On my most recent visit the Store manager Begutay happen to be in that day. When I asked to speak with him he immediately stopped what he was doing to give me his full attention. I was not surprised at all by how friendly and attentive he was. With the way the world is right now I know it can be difficult to keep up good customer service but Begutay and his crew never miss a beat. It takes a good hardworking leader to run such a solid store! 5 stars always!

My go -to Starbucks drink didn’t taste the same from the location. The franchise usually has consistent service. The employees were friendly though and space seemed clean

Needs a canopy over the ordering area. Got rain dumped all over me, and then the barista at the window had the nerve to ask me to turn off my wipers because she got a tiny splash on her hand. Meanwhile my pants were soaked from ordering with rain pouring in my car.
