I had called to ask if they had anything open last Monday afternoon, because I had 2 job interviews lined up on Tuesday. She did and spent extra time making sure the results were professionally perfect! How perfect!?! Well, let's just say I had to cancel my 2nd interview, because the first offered me a job on the spot. Again, ask for Toni, she just might change your life for the better too!

Made my appointment for 9am first thing in the morning. She took me in 3min before opening which was good, some people make you wait til they literally open. Made good conversation about my wife and kids while cutting my hair. She even shampooed my hair. Very professional and kind. I’m from Texas working at the Arnold Airforce base for a couple months. So I’ll be coming here every 2 weeks. Keep up the good work.

My son needed a haircut. We walk in at around 4:50, and the woman working was sitting in one of the chairs playing on her phone. There was no one in line waiting. She asked how she could help, and I told her he needed a cut. I figured since she was just chilling in the chair and had no one waiting, that he would immediately get a cut. However, I figured wrong. She told me she could make an appointment for tomorrow but couldn’t cut it today. Why be a business that allows walk-ins when in fact, you can’t just walk in? I would understand if she were swamped and didn’t have time to do it before closing. That, however, wasn’t the case. Very disappointed.
