A bit of a wait but the chicken was hot and fresh and the nice black lady at the counter even thru in a couple cold apple sauce squeeze pouches for the kids! Really came in handy on a hot summer day!

I honestly is giving them 5 stars I used to work at this location and I can admit that I see a lot has changed including the staff how the store looks and almost everything since I last been there and physically working at this location I am very far impressed I hope it stays this way from what I seen PLEASE keep up the good work

All the food was fresh and the hospitality was on point. The team worked well with each other and got costumers in and out with ease. I’m not from around here but if I’m ever in the area I would go to this when and tell everyone else to too!

No menu boards no paper menus. No way of seeing the choices available or specials. The pleasant cashier started to turn her cashier screen to let me select... but I thank her and declined. 12bucks for 3 piece meal seems a little much....

Mostly Tuesday's and lunch hours. But the food is superb.
Kitchen area always dirty, workers having loud conversations about personal business... the chicken is delicious, but always slow there. I end up driving miles away to the one on 140th Lorain.
Speak with a manager or if your applying for a job do it online its a lot faster or if just to eat go inside enjoy
Actually I live around the corner from Popeyes and they're like this 24/7 and not to mention everybody there has attitudes and they like to take their time it could take up to 45 minutes to an hour just to get a piece of Chicken in a Biskit and then they forget the biscuit or the sauce or the honey or whatever they just don't pay attention their nasty dirty I went in there and there was dirt all over the for their kitchen is disgustingly dirty but yet a lot of people go there and eat the food I mean it is good food it's just on sanitary the way they keep it there and they're so rude everybody I'll never go there again highly don't recommend
