Husband and I went in to try the wings and the woman right away was rude. The dining area also smelled like sewage. We had questions and she acted like we eat there everyday and should already know. Yes I’m talking about the woman with the Monroe piercing . I see a lot of other reviews referring to this woman so why has she not been removed from a position that should be for someone who actually speaks up and is friendly? We are not picky people at all we had general questions. We were nice and just said nvm and left. Since management sees this, do something so you don’t lose more business. Once you remove her from the front , you can respond to my review and we will be glad to come back, but as of now, if you like rude unprofessional people , by all means, come here!

Excellent wing, service on the other hand is half star.. Wonder how corporate feels you keep door shut during posted business hours.

Nice staff and the customers there were cool to talk to. The floor needed swept and mopped. They seemed understaffed. They were out cups. They only had the largest cups which worked out well for my toddler. So we are trying the crew pack mango habanero, garlic parm, and Hawaiian. New flavors for us so wish us luck. Also the Dr. Pepper is down so don’t go for it. Over all decent service. I’m going to change my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars just because Heather was so friendly working hard almost alone.

I bought the 40 piece combo with what was supposed to be 20 traditional buffalo and 20 boneless bbq. When i got to the window after about 45 minutes waiting i was told to pull back around to the end of the line to wait on fresh fries where i waited for an additional 45 minutes before i got my food. When i got home and opened it i was immediately upset because the traditional wings only had 12 in the box and the boneless had 8!! I tried calling the store 3 times one of which rang until it went busy and the other 2 seemed as if the phone was picked up and immediately hung up.
