This location is going straight down the tubes. It used to be, a good stop on the way to work on the way home from work but now since new ownership has taken over it's like they don't even care about the customers anymore. Heck, they're most likely not even locally owned. BK better step in quick before this location closes too....

If this is the Burger 🍔 King on Lorain road by the Westown Plaza it wasn't a good experience they were arguing among themselves you could hear it through the speaker. Line full of customers pouring down rain and not responding to the customer we NEVER GOT WAITED ON WE DROVE THROUGH AND WE HOPEFULLY NEVER RETURN. We went to the West 117th Madison food was on point 👈 we just left my grandson graduation ceremony on a Wednesday night that was a disappointment but west 117th is 99% decent I realize you cannot shop at all locations. Your reputation speaks volumes. West 117th should receive 🙌 the 5 🌟 I insist.

Worst Meal ever Completely unedible food. Burger completely burnt,chicken sandwich completely burnt, onion rings rock hard. fries asked to be unsalted completely covered in salt.During time in drive-through asked for cup Carrier you would think I was asking for the cure to cancer it took 5 to 10 minutes to find a cup Carrier which blew my mind. How do you not have cup carriers ready at the drive thru station?The people working the drive-through rolling their eyes and huffing when you ask for these simple things like you know like do your job. This location hasn't been good in awhile maybe it's time for a change. I would have returned the food but I was afraid that they would have just put it back under the headlamps and gave it to someone else. Gross

Stopped there this morning at about 8:55. There was a line at the drive through so I walked in, was the only customer in the place. I patiently waited for 5 min. for someone to greet me. An older gentleman with a long blond pony tail walked by twice and didn't even look at me. Another that was making sandwiches saw me but didn't say anything. Another working the drive through window, who was dressed different and could have maybe been the manager also ignored me. So I got his attention and he told me that I would be better off going through the drive through. Not good. I was literally standing right there and he couldn't be bothered with me to take my order. I suppose the drive through is a priority but people in the building not so much. So, I actually ended up going around the corner to Dunkin on W.117th, right before getting on I90. I was quickly greeted by a very friendly gentleman. As I waited for my food I though to myself "no wonder all of the BKs are closing'..their employees don't care about service anymore.
