I wanna rate them no stars really. They embarrassed my wife there. Wouldn't let her withdraw money they didn't know why. So wifey had to go to our PNC and get the money out no problem. They dont wanna work..

Bank telling name jadla located on W25th branch poor customer service I had my bank card sent to the branch because I moved into a new house 2 weeks ago today I get a phone call telling me my bank card is ready but I have to the end of the day or card gonna be shredded if I don't pick it up keep in mind I just received the call at 1:15pm 9/20/2018 and expect for me to leave my job which I'm cross town no where near Pnc bank on W25th CLEVELAND Ohio it's now 1:53pm jadla the teller is REALLY rude never experienced this before
