I recently got into the RC hobby so I’m still learning. My battery was reading “connection break” whenever I tried to charge it. I brought it to ABC to have them check it out. Turned out my battery was completely dead to the point where the charger wouldn’t recognize it. He kindly hooked it up to his charger to revive it and brought it back to life. The owner and his daughter were very nice and respectful. I’ll definitely be back to buy parts and future servicing. Thank you!

dropped my truck off for a simple diagnosis and repaird. 3 weeks passed with no updates. Called and very nicely and respectfully asked for am update for which they responded "if we didn't call its not done" . I was embarrassed to ask any questions, I went into the store to take the truck back and Fred informed that he tried to call me but someone else called at the same time and he forgot about me. . . He said the truck needed a simply part changed and I can easily do it myself . No issues there, I took the truck home to change the part myself and discover a broken wire connection that is vital to the trucks runability. These guys simply wasted my time , and never even looked at the truck. I brought the truck back that same day, he said i will fix it personally first thing in the AM , 2days later i walk into the store my trucks sitting in the same place i left it, SUPER FRUSTRATING, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ! the store has a horrendous smell of raw sewerage which I'm sure I could have fixed for them relatively easily, being a licensed plumber. But why help them out at this point??? With all the online stores these days hobby shops need to be offering a service department. I've spent thousands of dollars inside of ABC over the years, I'm Just flat out done with those guys.

Great shop with a great staff. They fixed my sons first rc car good as new and i highly recommend. I will come back to by more toys for us to play with!
