They do not allow people with disabilities that cannot wear a mask to shop there. Their fear of a virus has ruined it for people that have a disability that cannot wear a face mask - they offer no accommodation either. They are in complete violation of the ADA.

Watched the cashier throw out a man with a health condition for not wearing a mask appropriately. All done with any further business with the Touch of Class stores.

They are not very nice to customers in all honesty. I have spent $100s of dollars here, literally. They are not accommodating (even though they employ people with disabilities :( , Not kind and prices are too high for a store that’s all donation. Unfortunately won’t be going back to be treated badly.

The new addition is great, but I feel like the prices for some of these used items are too high. I can pay the same for a good deal at Walmart brand new. Requiring shoppers to wear a mask is a control issue from authority figures, especially since the Maine virus cases has never been high, & we are decreasing daily.

There is a maximum number of people allowed in at a time. Also very clean place I stopped there and they were cleaning and sterilization going on and everyone has to have face coverings on always. They are very good here and also very nice people who work there.
I believe they are taking donations now,I know the one in jay is.
