Worst care ever from any healtcare facility. They are rude and unprofessional on the phone. They wont even try to get you in even for emergencies. Drs communicate very poorly with patients. If i had any other option id I'd take it.

After waiting 6mo to be seen for my first appointment they called and canceled it 3times so after waiting 18mo I found a new Dr's office in strong to see me the next week but I had Farmington continue seeing my 2 daughters but after constantly canceling their appointments sometimes without notice and taking the time off work to go there to find out it's canceled and being treated like I'm a inconvenience and after dealing with rude secretarys and Dr's me and my wife have decided to find a new Dr for our kids I wish I could give negative stars

I was refused service to become a new patient. I wanted to change providers and I was initially told that was a go, but then got a phone call. Since I technically have a provider , they are interested in taking in all the out of staters that have moved into the area. By all means, forgot the locals...provide for the Flatlanders. Absolute worst.

Dr. Seely has been very good, very thorough. Doesn't brush off when I've got some ache or pain. She runs tests, sends you to specialists if you need it. Two previous providers basically told me "well that sucks" when I complained of plantar fascitis, she sent me to a podiatrist who got it under control. And the best part of going to a hospital affiliated practice is they can make the appointments when they give you a referral, because most of the local specialists work at the hospital!
