Delivery people can't be bothered to check an address and you can't get through to a person at customer service, you only get automated voice over and over. It's great when you get a package for a person you don't know and you didn't order anything.

The staff here is fantastic. Very friendly and very helpful. It is however a very difficult building to find. If you reach the stop section with a small building you've gone to far.

Trash service trying to charge me to pick up my packages never use UPS horrible service can't get a person on the phone and when you do they barely can speak English and when you ask for somebody you can understand politelyou understand politely they give you somebody else that you can't understand good luck

The people that work here are amazing! I had been waiting for a delivery since June 8, (it was June 19 when I contacted UPS), and was totally frustrated with the lack of help from the shipper. I was getting conflicting days, times and even "ship to" address. I remembered seeing the package had arrived at UPS Wells, Maine and called them directly. Olivia tracked my packages with a smile in her voice and a sympathetic and very professional ear! She located my packages and I drove right down to get them. Olivia and Gordon put the boxes in my car, saved my day and provided much needed stress relief. FYI, the packages contained perishable products for my newly re-opened restaurant. UPS, Olivia and Gordan saved the day...and my Father's Day business! I can't thank them enough.
