Iv lived in one of there places..I don't think they should be allowed to rent there apartments at all..they have bed bugs so bad I had to move out because if my illness...but was never told there places have bed bugs...I hope this helps more people to stay away from them...look in to others places that rent at 30% of your income

You don't want Waterville housing nothing but bedbugs..there are others that will help in been here three years an they still don't have them out of there propertys.. good luck
