Business hours online and on their Facebook are incorrect. I sent an online inquiry which went unanswered so I called and got a voicemail that gave an address of a bakery, but didn't confirm hours of operation. The voice mailbox was full so no message could be left. I figured I would just stop by the address given in the outgoing voice message, but there was no signage for cell phone repair and the bakery (which the business is apparently located within) was closed. Trying to patronize this local business was a complete waste of my time. At the very least, the company should update their Facebook page to show accurate hours and/ or details about their temporary/ new location. I drove to Elhouri's in Augusta and was extremely pleased by that business. Cell Medic is proof positive that just because a business has a website, does not mean their service is any better than a business such as Elhouri's which does not have a website. It doesn't matter to me how great Cell Medic is when they have a functioning storefront... if they cannot provide accurate information to customers during transition times, then they aren't worth the drive.

Very bad customer service. Technican in Waterville store is very rude. They do not stand behind their part and work guarantees. After paying over 400 dollars to have my screen replaced, I started getting a vertical pink line in my phone, which I never had this problem before and I've had the phone for a year, and own three other phones of the same type.I took it back to him and he did replace it at no charge but not even three months later the vertical pink line was back. I took the phone back Bill, after he made me stand there for 15 minutes without recognizing I was there he finally came to the counter. I also face messaged him which he never responded. He kept saying it's a Samsung problem. I told him I never had the problem until he replaced the screen and the other 3 Samsung's I own haven't either. I asked him if the part was guaranteed and he said yes. I told him I wanted it fixes then. He said he would order the screen. it's been a month and he will not answer my text and I dropped in and he said they forgot to order screen. said he's order it Monday. it's been 3 weeks and still he hasn't contacted me. BAD BAD business...I do not recommend at all.

I shattered the screen of my iphone6 and found cell medic through google. Service was friendly and fast! I had a brand new screen in 10 mins and he put a screen protector on for me too! Thank you cell medic!

Problem with you phone ? Go to cellular medic !! They can fix all!! they also can fix iPad. Phone Screen.much more. bring all you devices back to live!! Why spend more for new one. I enjoy come here.they are very nice and patient.price is fair. Highly recommend!!

Your best bet is to give him a call his quotes are spot on.
Usually any batteries he doesn't have, he can order and get within 3-5 business days.
