Helpful to homeless families. Beautiful home, good program, a safe place to go. The only flaw is sometimes staff aren't as knowledgeable as they should be, staff are also unprofessional, hypocritical, and do little to resolve issues, and tend to be a bit more of a stresser then actually helpful... They do try a great deal to help us but honestly could use some tweaking in the staff department.
