Very kind folks and ownership. I was stranded on the interstate and couldn’t get a ride with a tow truck - they drove >50 miles to pick me up and didn’t charge for the pick up trip, just the return trip. Even helped me find a fantastic mechanic! Really appreciated their help

Best service we've had in town. Nice rate as well and they treat people great, especially if you're a regular. They're also usually faster than the estimated time they give you for pick up

I absolutely love this cab service! Their cabs are ALWAYS clean, the drivers are ALWAYS extremely friendly and there's ALWAYS little wait time with very fast, affordable and safe service. I wouldn't even think about using another cab service, it would just be a waist of my time and yours. Thanks Checker Cab Company, y'all are awesome!

They are open 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
I'm a driver...occ I will get to visiting and not get the meter running within the allowed free block or two...and there is also wait time if we wait for you...just mention it to the driver to be aware..you can always ask for a specific route also if you know it's shorter. Unless you live South of town 14 seems about right since the jail is so far out there. We do pride ourselves on honest fares so as I said mention it to the driver and we can set a fixed amount for you.
