The Cannon Beach Escape Room

Family friendly, adventurous escape room, great for the whole family! We had three generations from 65 to 8-years-old. Everyone contributed. The staff were polite. The game room was well decorated and clean. We will definitely be back on another trip.

Tim was a wonderful game host, our whole group had a wonderful time even though we neither group escaped in time. It was so much fun working together to figure out the clues. I definitely recommend it for adults as the clues might be difficult for children.

My large family group (9) had a fantastic time with the escape room. We had a wide variety of ages and none of us had tried an escape room before--we got out with less than a minute to spare! There were enough puzzles that all 9 of us were running around the whole time, and several puzzles were large enough that we all got to collaborate. It was a great experience, no one was left out, and the difficulty was just right! (We did the easiest room since none of us were familiar with escape rooms. The other ones are more difficult.) We used a couple hints, but none of the puzzles were too obscure or relied on background knowledge. If you feel nervous about the experience, I encourage you to try it!

My family of 4, including two teenagers (14-19) attended the Pirate escape room. We had a blast. It was my first visit to an escape room and it was challenging. We had another family work the puzzle with us and it required all of our teamwork to solve it. The staff was great and offered aid only when he saw we were really stuck (or when we asked for help) but his help was still in the spirit of the puzzle so we had to figure out his clues too. Really great time. Excellent bonding and break from the crowds. Can't wait to go back and try the other room on our next visit!
