5 star for the food. The filet mignon in blue cheese was excellent. Wild Alaskan salmon was tasty, my only complaint was the filet was way too small 6 oz compared to probably a big pile of rice that was at least double the size at 44 usd ++. But I have to say the cooking skill is worth a visit. The Dungeness crab cocktail was quite straightforward, nothing too memorable.

Highly recommend this place. Very cozy, good vibe but make sure you make a reservation! Very consistent and the menu changes slightly with the season.

Absolutely amazing. The spice combination was something so different we had never tasted before. Highly recommend if you are in town. Make sure you make reservations, they only have a few tables. The service was amazing.

Our go to place for a complete dining experience in Cannon Beach. Although there are no white tablecloths the cuisine served here would shine in the best restaurants of Seattle. The lack of pretense puts an even sharper focus on the array of flavors that Chef Josh serves up on a nightly basis. There are no side dishes as each selection is designed as a complete experience in and of itself. We have enjoyed every selection that has been offered over the years and have never been disappointed. One of Josh's specialties is the pairing of sauces with his entrees, and the selection of accoutrements to go with the leading element of each dish. I guess the only advice I would give is if you don't like amazing flavor combinations driven by sauces combined with a variety of elements then you should look elsewhere. The drinks by Megan are fun and the bar is complete. The wine is list well curated by a very knowledgeable Colin - so don't let the basketball shorts fool you!

It is a family friendly restaurant, however keep in mind it is a small space and space between tables is limited.
I would say that Josh might make some vegetarian dishes! The food is awesome and the service is exceptional!
They prefer reservations. And they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays I believe! You can probably get a walk in late in the evening but they can run out of certain dishes.
I do not believe so, but the venue is small so it might be wise to do so.
They are what you'd expect from a nice restaurant in a small tourist town. But not too expensive. The food is worth the price!
