Always a good experience here, never have had a long wait, the service is always good and friendly. Their card selection is my favorite, I almost never leave there without buying a card or two. Their computer use was a little confusing when I went there to print something but I also didn't ask for assistance. They also had a wall dedication to a dear friend of mine who passed away which I thought was very sweet . Highly recommend this place no complaints here

New location is slightly less accessable that the previous location due to its physical location off a rotary but that isn't the cause of the rating. Staff not wearing masks or distancing is the major issue followed closely by staff who clearly don't want to be there. To see employees maskless is frankly horrifying in the current climate. Coupled with employees literally refusing to come out of the back room area to assist customers and you can easily see why this isn't the go to location. To be very transparent here the issues are confined to this store ONLY and NOT UPS in general. This is a newer problem. 2 years ago this wasn't an issue and I didn't have negative experiences until starting around midsummer 2020. However even as recently as early January 2021 these issues were still happening. Sadly I now go to a different location that is slightly farther away.

Very professional staff. Responsive and thorough. I am tempted to move to N. Conway just for this UPS store. I am very impressed by the service that is provided by this store and the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the staff. I dealt with Tom and he answered my inquiries in a timely manner and helped me with the packing and shipment of an item that I had purchased online. Highly, highly recommended. Jim
