Too good to be true. It was a great job. Good benefits, retirement fund, pay. This was before it moved to Plant City, FL. The workloads went down, the incentive was small, and the employees are overworked. They hired way too many people and are planning to continue. Once they get this new sorting machine operational, the work force will be cut significantly. The co-workers are great, the bosses refuse to change to the present. If you apply, you will get the job automatically. Also, you barely get safety bucks and hours. Please be aware, they lie in the interview to get you in. DO NOT TAKE THIS JOB EVER!!!!

Everyone was really nice had a 10.00app got there 9.30 empty at 10.15 but good luck getting into a dock omg thank God my delivery was on a Saturday.

Well, I delivered on time one day and the next I was 4 min late. Nevertheless, they still took me. (Thank you). I called ahead to let them I'd be 5 min late. Backing in will test you, with 53' trl and fairly lengthy truck. As there trailers parked front of docks, along fence.

I arrived, and I tried for 20 minutes to get someone on the phone, and CB. No response to either. Finally an Ace driver pulled up, and let me in. This place is extremely tight because there are trailers everywhere. I finally checked on, and had to go back out, and get my seal before anyone would even talk to me. I got assigned a door, backed in, and dropped my trailer, and here I sit. Will update the unloading time.
