I see I’m not the only one the service at this location is horrible, and I see that KFC DOES NOT CARE BECAUSE ITS STILL HAPPENING I went today at drive up the young lady asked me was I gonna order or what ok Then get to the window she slung the bag out to me and just looked at me so I asked for my receipt, because this was the last time this location treats me this way I go to this location several times a week due to me delivering for Uber and DoorDash I have had to cancel several orders at this location due to the excessive wait times and as another person stated they do not greet you when you come in. You have to try to get their attention and when you do there’s no sense of urgency to assist you they just look at you then you have to ask them over and over if the order is done or have they even started on it and most of the time no customers are at this location. KFC NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION OR SHUT IT DOWN

The worst. Just left drive thru specifically asked for a chicken sandwich, they gave me two 3 pieces and charged me full price. They were such in a rush to close.

Wish I could give 0 stars. All the KFC’s in my area need to be shut down giving horrible customer service and low quality chicken like this. Why do you work in customer service and have a poor attitude? KFC has fallen way off. It’s sad. Save your money and time. Do not go to this location. You will be disappointed.

This is a nice location. But the customer service is not very good. Serving time is quite long.
