Worst Popeyes in America. Got my order wrong AGAIN!!! Cole slaw is nowhere to be found and they won't answer their phone. I've been calling for 15 minutes. Their employees are just brain dead. I'm done with this place.

Have not visited in a long time. But I was surprised for the friendly service and fresh food. I had to wait for my nuggets over 10 mins but he gave me extra for my patience.

When I usually come to this location they are very nice. I don't understand what was going on tonight. The young african male was so rude and disrespectful. I was trying to order the whole wing comb and he let me know they didn't have them. So why wouldn't they have a sign letting people know so they wouldn't be asking about it. They were out of coleslaw no signlettingyouknowaboutthat. When I drove up to the window he told me they had regular wings then came back and said they didn't. I think he just didn't want to witch it out. Finally they tore my receipt off at the bottom so I couldn't do a survey. I will not be going back because of the service I received.

I'm kind of disappointed I ordered two different shrimp orders on the app only to get to the restaurant and they not having it. I asked for something comparable and was given only one option. Manager and staff were friendly but I think they could have done more. The app issues have to be fixed and whatever is on the menu should be honored .
