The Auto Zone on Jim Miller Rd and Samuel Blvd have some of the best employees. I had to stop in on my way to work yesterday for a battery and they gave great customer service. Most of all Alex was able to sale me a new battery and put it in my car all in less than an hour. I made it to work without being too late. Thank you for all your help. I know where to come to get great service!

Do Not go to this location on I-30 & Jim Miller Rd. on a SUNDAY. I was told "They could not help me w/check engine light due to ONLY HAVING 2 PEOPLE WORKING ON SUNDAYS." So I asked for a battery - willing to buy it and they gave me a ridiculous price then said, "BUT we CANNOT install it for you TODAY." Even after informing them that I was stuck in their parking lot, couldn't go anywhere @ that point! All I could hear was SORRY, Ma'am - CAN'T HELP YOU.... "Shame on Auto Zone!!!"

So I came in because my coolant light came on and I smelled something burning...So I pulled into AutoZone in hopes of some answers....At first they said nothing was wrong with the car....until they popped the hood and found a big a$$ cat stuck near my engine...Christopher and Noel came to my rescue and was able to dislodge the cat out of my hood and fill my coolant tank up...Im so glad they were there because I wasn't leaving until somebody pulled that cat out of my hood...Christopher and Noel need a raise after what they did for me....I hope there manager sees this....
