They charge extra if you don't come back within 8 weeks. I wasn't told this when i dropped him off. My dog was given razor burn and an all around hack job. Feet had long hair on them even though he was given a shirt cut. Ears were uneven. Coat on back was shaved at teo different levels. I sent an email to ownership just with regard to to the pricing issue and never heard back. Groomer was very unprofessional. Had me come back and hold a dog that was in the tub. She was super nice but that only goes so far. I shouldve just refused to pay. I bet i would've gotten a call back then???

I had my two Australian Shepherds groomed for the first time today with groom mobile by Kim. Outstanding job! My dogs look amazing and they have finally been bathed and cut they way aussies should be. So happy with the results. Highly recommend. I will be returning!

Edit: 7 - 8 weeks after our first grooming we could not get them to pick up the phone or return calls so we switched groomers. We had our first appointment with Groomobile today and I enjoyed the experience. Or maybe better said, lack of the experience. What I mean is that it was nice to open the front door and have our dog groomed with minimal effort that doesn't take away from the work day for us work at home folks. They were able to accomodate my short notice and were very thorough about making sure I had certain prerequisites they require such as parking and power. Olivia, arrived on-time and did a great job. It was much quicker than I expected. She informed us of some things we might want to mention to our vet and cleaned up and left. Overall the price is fair, especially since I don't like going back into the city and our dog does not have to sit in a cage and wait for his slot as well as wait for us to pick up. We'll definitely be looking to have this performed again as it is certainly worth the few extra bucks that saves the effort .

Jeanne was so good, talked to Huxley just like I do, but did a much better job with all of his tangles and mats. He looks and feels like a new dog! And such reasonable prices! We will be regular customers, and recommend them to any dog owners in the Tampa Bay area!

I think your question has to do with our minimum charge for salon and mobile grooming. In general, our minimum charge, for a small dog (under 20 lbs,) that does not have a double coat, and that has no tangles or matts, is $46 if you come to our salon and $64 if we send one of our mobile grooming vans to you. So, we invite you to call 727-528-1958 any time between the hours of 8:00AM and 3:30PM, Monday through Friday or 8:00AM to 12:00PM, on Saturday. If you happen to get our recorder, please leave a message. Assuming we are able to set an appointment, our current price, to clip the nails on 2 dogs or 2 cats, would be $40.00 for the first pet and $15.00 for the second, for a total of $55.00.
