We ended up satisfied with the installation of fire logs in our secondary fireplace but it was a hassle getting there. We were told it would take a few hours on day one and perhaps an hour on day two. Day two there was some problem and we were told that they would have to come back for a short time on day three. On day three there was another problem and we were told that the manager would need to come and would be there in twenty minutes. We didn’t time this, as we expected the manager to be there in approximately twenty minutes. We are guessing it was two hours, as it felt so long! We had other things we were planning to do on that 70plus degree day. This problem was blamed on defective parts from the supplier. We were frustrated with the delay and felt criticized by the installers who were quite defensive and impatient with their explanations of why this was happening. We think they might profit from communication skills to empathize with frustration instead of deflecting the blame.

Very professional and friendly people. Installation was very quick and clean. Inspector made one trip and signed off as everything met code. Would use them again in a heartbeat! This little wood stove works beautifully.

4 stars for sure it is the first time we have done business with them. I want to thank Chad for his help he was easy to work with made us very comfortable and did not turn it into an ordeal. Got a good deal on a gas stove and we really like it

Worked with Danielle to get propane set up installed for our house and a heating stove. (See photo). She was great helping us decide on which stove. The installation went smoothly. And we love the stove.
