This is Beth Borboa. I have been coming in to pay my disabled brothers storage payment for about a year now. I love this storage facility. Very clean and nicely taken care of, and the office employees are excellent! Jerry has been so friendly and helpful, very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Today he was training a new guy (was it Scott?), who was also very friendly and helpful. Look forward to seeing you guys next month!

Just want to say that US Storage Centers is amazing! Jerry Jones at the West Salem location has forever changed my views on what professionalism actually looks like. You wont know it until you see it, but I'll try my best to explain. I've had my current unit at this location for a few years and last year the property was taken over by US Storage Centers. I will say at first I was worried, I'm not a big fan of a change in owners. It often comes with unreasonable rate increases. This was not the case here. They came in and quite literally cleaned house. I'm very impressed with their professionalism. They are kind, caring, and compassionate. It went from 0 communication to full transparency. They reach out and communicate with their customers. They take the time to listen to any of your concerns and address them. We had concerns we brought to the attention of the previous owners that went unheard. Until we showed up in person to address them. Then were told sorry there's nothing they can do about it, basically tough luck. This was in regards to the unit having debris making their way through a very easily fixed area. So we starter looking for a new unit in a different location. Then like an Angel sent from GOD himself Jerry Jones appeared in my inbox. He has been a Godsend. He is our new property manager with US Storage Centers and the only reason that we didn't move out. He immediately addressed our concerns and has helped us find resolution. Life can get busy at times and you can tell he understands that. He follows up with you and checks in on customers. He is very professional and polite. He makes everything that used to be difficult about getting a storage unit so much easier. It's quick and painless now. Its so much nicer now that were with US Storage Centers. And I would recommend them to ANYONE that is in need of storage. And if your lucky enough to find yourself renting a unit at their west Salem location you know exactly what I mean. If your in the position we were in and your looking to leave your current storage Center, I've got a secret to tell you... Come here ... Little closer... Right there.... (Whisper voice) the grass is definitely greener at US Storage Centers.
