Zero stars Store is very dirty and clothes is far over priced. Smelly, very dirty, and used jeans priced at 20$. Jackets priced at 35$ in the same shape. Thrift store quality, retail store prices. Heard what sounded like the manager barking orders at what I believe were the employees which left a distaste in my mouth. Even if it wasn’t a manager, employees should not be allowed to speak to each other in that way The prices you put I don’t care because I’m not buying them How you treat your employees is something I do care. Will be returning for an updated review

Great prices and they take the time to actually size the clothes and rack them correctly. The staff is really nice & courteous.

Manger is unprofessional ,rude, unfair in dealing with customers. After him arguing with another customer for him being unfair, he told me ,he wanted to go home, early, and that I need to make a purchase, now,I told him I have 9 minutes till close,at 8:00 pm , and ask him not to rush me,and that I will be finish before closing, for I had all ready finish shopping, and was inspecting the 3 shirts,I was interested purchasing, in which, he was aware of, but he kept on being unprofessional by harassing and being rude, unnecessarily, so I left without purchasing anything, for he does not deserve my business. We all deserve to be treated with respect and have fair business dealings. which obviously is not the goal of this business. Good reviews can be manipulated by the employees!

My experience with this Facility was extremely poor resulting in damage to my home. On Saturday June 9, 2018 we called the store to make a donation. We donated a twin bed, a large crib, a medium dresser, and two rugs. Initially, I was very pleased. They offered to pick up our donation the same day and the gentleman on the phone was very polite. The pick up process itself was terrible. We brought everything but the dresser downstairs to the front yard to make it as easy as possible. First, the pickup driver called and indicated he could not find our house. We spoke for a moment and, ultimately, when I tried to explain the GPS systems could take folks to the wrong street he cut me off. I called the store to try to get him on track and ultimately the store staff chalked this up to a miscommunication due to a language barrier. That happens and is perfectly understandable. What is not understandable and downright unacceptable is the fact that the gentlemen then proceeded to scratch the following in my house while carrying the dresser down: (1) my wall; (2) my woodwork; (3) my banister. Rather than simply take the drawers out of what is a decent sized piece of furniture (it's a medium dresser) they carried the whole thing down, scratching multiple points along the way. To be clear, this is a level of scratch where paint chips from our wall and the dresser are all over the landing and three quarters of the length of our bannister is chipped. In sum, it would have been far easier to simply take this to the Salvation Army rather than incur several hundred dollars worth of wood and paint repair. I will not donate to this store again and do not recommend anyone else donate unless they intend to drop off their donation.
